Profim Lunea launches in Europe: modular seating that fits in 10 cm steps

Profim Lunea is a modular sofa system that scales in 10 cm increments, so it can fit walls, niches and floor plans with the precision of built-in seating. Every configuration comes from Flokk brand Profim's standard range, with consistent design, pricing and lead times whatever the length.

After becoming US-based Flokk brand Stylex's best-selling product in the US, Lunea is now available to order in Europe.

Built-in precision from a standard range

Built-in seating has traditionally meant bespoke millwork, technical drawings and a separate joiner, with the cost and coordination that come with them. Lunea moves that precision into the product. Each straight module can be specified in 10 cm steps, giving up to 80 cm of adjustment per unit and more when modules are combined.

The interior designer specifies the length, and Profim delivers a sofa from its standard range, with the relevant certifications and the full manufacturer's warranty.

"They can configure the sofa to fit the required space in 10 cm increments, without having to design a bespoke solution or prepare technical drawings for a joiner. We do that work for them," says Magdalena Borowiec, Marketing Director at Profim.

Design and comfort

Slender cast-aluminium legs, soft geometry and a compact footprint keep Lunea visually light, and the clean construction gives every configuration a coherent, finished look, whether it is a single sofa in a waiting area or a long run along a reception wall.

Foam density, seat proportions and sitting angle are tuned for immediate comfort, neither too soft nor too firm. Lunea suits reception and waiting areas, collaboration zones, cafés and canteens, as well as hospitality and healthcare settings, and keeps one visual identity across all of them.

Proven in the US

Lunea was developed by Stylex Studio and launched in the US as Luna by Stylex. In its first year it became Stylex's top-selling product, a first in the company's history. It has since been specified at L'Oréal's headquarters at Hudson Yards, New York, and adopted in a national furniture framework for JPMorgan Chase, covering more than 100 layouts across booths, breakout areas, private offices and conference rooms. The European version is manufactured to the exact same standards by Profim in Turek, Poland.

Lunea will be shown at Design Post Cologne, part of the ORGATEC trade show, from 27^th – 31^st October, 2026.
