Henning Karlsrud is stepping down as Group CEO following an agreement with the Board of Directors. A search for a new Group CEO has been initiated, and Lars Syse Christiansen (CFO of Flokk) will take over as interim CEO.
“On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Henning for his long-standing and significant contribution to Flokk, first as CFO and later as CEO, over a period of almost six years. Henning has developed the organization and established an important foundation for further improvement. At the same time, the parties have now agreed that it is time for a leadership change. Henning will remain available for a period to help ensure a smooth and orderly transition,” says Lars I. Røiri, Chair of the Board“.
The years I have spent at Flokk have been a privilege. I am proud of the work we have done together with employees, management and the Board to position the company for the future. I sincerely wish the management team and the rest of the organization every success in the work ahead. My focus now is on contributing to a smooth transition,” says Henning Karlsrud.
Interim CEO Lars Syse Christiansen comes from the role of CFO and has broad insight into the company’s operations and priorities.
